Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all travel services provided by Latitude Travel ("we", "us", or "our") to you, the customer ("you" or "the client").
By booking a trip or service with us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Bookings and Payment

A booking is confirmed once we receive a completed booking form and a non-refundable deposit (amount specified per package).

Full payment is required [e.g. 30 days] before the departure date. If full payment is not received by this time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.
2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

The following cancellation fees apply:

More than 30 days before departure: loss of deposit only

15–29 days before departure: 50% of total trip cost

0–14 days before departure: 100% of total trip cost (no refund)

Refunds will not be made for any unused services once the trip has commenced.

In exceptional cases (e.g. medical emergency), we may, at our discretion, offer partial refunds or credit towards future trips.
3. Changes by You

Requests to change a booking must be made in writing.

We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.

An admin fee may apply to changes.
4. Changes by Us

We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries or services due to operational or safety reasons. Where possible, we will offer a suitable alternative or a refund for the affected portion.

In the unlikely event we cancel your trip, you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative trip.
5. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory for all clients and must cover personal liability, medical expenses, cancellation, and loss of belongings.

Proof of insurance may be requested before departure.
6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents (e.g. passports, visas) are valid for your destination.

You must follow all instructions and guidelines provided by Latitude Travel staff and local partners.

We reserve the right to remove any client from a trip without refund if their behavior is deemed dangerous, disruptive, or in violation of local laws.
7. Liability

While we take every reasonable precaution, we are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or additional expenses caused by events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, pandemics).

Our liability is limited to the cost of your booking with us.
8. Health and Safety

It is your responsibility to inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions or dietary requirements before travel.

By joining our trips, you confirm that you are physically fit and able to participate in the activities included.
9. Use of Photos and Content

We may use photos or videos taken during trips for marketing purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.
10. Data Protection

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with GDPR and used solely for booking and communication purposes. We do not share your data with third parties without consent.
11. Governing Law
-
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manchester.
